How To Disable Mods In Gta 5

Hey guys, I just installed GTA 5 today and I realized that my friend had played it on my pc prior with his steam account. However he decided to install a moon gravity gun mod and now it is constantly active without the cheat. Is there any way to locate that file and delete it so that the game can play normally? -My friend was a dumbass and did not create a back up save of the original GTA game. Dec 13, 2017. Super simple mod to disable the phone entirely.
Installation:

• Install Script Hook V.
• Install Script Hook V .NET.
• Extract DisablePhone.dll and DisablePhone.ini to scripts folder in GTA V directory.

Usage:
When the mod is installed, the phone is disabled.
If you'd like to toggle the disabling of the phone, open the cheat box with the tilde/grave (`~) key, type 'togglephone' (without quotes), then press Enter.
Configurable in the INI file:

• ENABLED_ON_STARTUP: whether the phone should be disabled on startup or not.
• CHEAT_STRING: the text you have to type in the cheat box to toggle the mod on/off.
